Diamond-ground to bare concrete. Moisture-tested before a drop goes down. Installed in a day, backed by a written guarantee — because a cheap floor done twice costs more than a proper floor done once.
Nearly every failed floor we're called to fix failed for one of three reasons. None of them are bad luck — all three are skipped to make a quote look cheaper.
The coating is rolled straight onto a sealed slab, or "prepped" with acid. Concrete has to be mechanically opened for a coating to key into it. Anything less is paint.
Slabs without an intact vapour barrier drive moisture upward. Seal that in and hydrostatic pressure lifts the coating off in sheets — often inside a year.
The cheapest quote wins by cutting layers and film build. It looks identical on day one. It does not look identical on day two hundred.
Same process on every job, residential or commercial. No shortcuts, because we're the ones carrying the guarantee.
The slab is ground back to bare, open concrete with industrial diamond tooling — dust-extracted, so your garage stays clean.
Moisture testing before anything goes down. Cracks, pitting and joints are cut out and filled so they don't telegraph through the finish.
Pigmented base coat, then decorative flake broadcast to refusal for grip and depth. Your colour, chosen before we arrive.
Clear topcoat over the top, edges cut in sharp, site cleaned. You get the guarantee in writing before we leave.
Flake blends, solid colours and clear-sealed finishes — for garages, workshops, showrooms and warehouses.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This guarantee is in addition to those rights.
We could have filled this page with five-star reviews nobody can verify. Every new company does. Instead — we're ten jobs old, we'll tell you that to your face, and we've priced it accordingly.
You get the lower price. We get to photograph the job and ask you for a review at the end — whatever you actually think of it. That's the whole trade, and it's the only reason the price is what it is.
The founding price applies whether your review is good, bad or indifferent — it's not conditional on what you write, and we'll ask you to say it was incentivised when you post it. Price shown is for a standard double garage including GST; your written quote is fixed before we start.
Claim a founding spot →Fully insured, on every job. Every crew that steps on your property has a current certificate of currency on file with us. Ask and we'll send you a copy before we start.
A 5-year guarantee you can hold. Handed to you on completion — not promised on the phone. If the coating lifts or delaminates within 5 years, we rectify it at our cost — and it transfers if you sell the house.
You sign off before we're paid in full. Final payment is released after you've walked the floor in daylight and told us you're happy with it. Not before.
Outside these areas? Send a photo anyway — we'll tell you straight if we can get to you.
A standard double garage is one day on site. You stay off it overnight and you're parking on it the next day. Larger or badly damaged slabs may need a second day — if that's the case we tell you at quote stage, not on the day.
Price is driven by square metreage and the condition of the slab. Send a photo of your garage and rough dimensions and you'll have a written price the same day — no site visit needed to get a number, and no obligation.
Sometimes, but usually the honest answer is no. If the existing coating is already lifting, anything we put over it fails with it. We grind it off and start from bare concrete — that's what the guarantee is written against.
Not with a flake system. The broadcast flake and topcoat give a textured surface with real grip. If you want more, we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat.
Yes — that's exactly what separates a proper system from a paint job. Hot-tyre pickup is the most common failure we get called to fix, and it comes down to prep and film build.
Our own vetted installers. Every crew on our jobs carries a current certificate of currency, and you get one invoice and one point of contact — us.
Rough dimensions and one photo of your garage is all we need to give you a real number.
